QC Policy
Quality priority is our goal. We implemented ISO 9001:2015 to ensure we can produce excellence. For mass production, our quality assurance team must execute five significant regulations.
- IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
For incoming materials.
Control whether the quality conditions of incoming materials meet the materials required for mass production. - IPQCS (In Process Quality Control)
For production lines.
Quality control in the process, the quality assurance will inspect the production line. - PQC (Process Quality Control)
For semi-finished products.
To better risk control, the quality assurance personnel must do a semi-finished product inspection in the semi-finished product. - FQC (Final Quality Control)
For finished products.
It is also the final inspection that our team needs to check before shipping. - OQC (Out-going Quality Control)
For ready-to-ship finished products.
We inspect the ready-to-ship finished products and the balance stores in the warehouse.
Before shipping, we perform President's office setting up a quality policy on each step to achieve healthy customer relationships in stable development.

Cross-Cut Adhesion TestTest Purpose: Adhesion for painting or electroplating
For the coating to achieve the function of protecting or decorating the substrate, the coating must firmly adhere to the substrate, and there doesn't have any remains peeled off. Since the substrate and its pretreatment have a significant influence on the adhesion of the coating, the simple cross-cut test can quickly judge the adhesion of the coating. Certifications: EN ISO 2409, ASTM D3359
How to do the test
Use the cross-cut adhesive test tool to scratch the sample's surface, then make another vertical cross-cut to form a crossed square. Next, use the tape specified in the test standard to adhere to the cut position in the cut area, and then flatten it with your fingers.
The sticking time is about 1.5 minutes. After quickly tearing off the tape, check whether there is any film or torn material on the testing tape.
And check the peeling-off degree of coating adhesion with a magnifying glass on the sample's surface.
Appearance TestTest Purpose: Smooth or defective facade
The primary purpose of the appearance test is to ensure that the product has no bumps and burrs that would make one scratched by the defective pieces. In addition, some appearance issues include color differences, incomplete coating, appearance deformation, abnormal dimension, and contamination. Even some semi-finished workpieces are un-processed or lack printing or blurring of text. The general inspection standard is about 1 foot from the workpiece to be inspected visually. However, different methods and benchmarks still need to be defined depending on various products.Salt Spray TestTest Purpose: The corrosion resistance of chrome plated or spray coating products.
We all know that salt can melt snow into ice and snow so that the car is not easy to slip on icy roads. The principle of its application is that the freezing point of salt is lower than that of water. But salt can damage the metal products around our environment, making the paint peel and corrosion. The salt spray test (or salt fog test) is a standardized and common corrosion test method used to check the corrosion resistance of materials and surface coatings. Usually, the materials to be tested are metallic products and finished pieces with a surface coating intended to provide corrosion protection to the underlying metal. Other materials such as stone, ceramics, and polymers are available but are not our primary materials here.
Certificate: ASTM B-117, ASTM G85, ISO 9227, ISO 16151
The test time ranges from 24 hours to thousands of hours, mainly based on the inspection standards formulated for different purposes. Suppose the normal time converts into the simulated seawater environment's test time; the data shown below is for reference only.
One hour salt spray test is approximately five days on the coast; 15 days with natural exposure to the environment.
The 24-hour salt spray test is about 120 days on the coast; the number of natural exposure days in one year.
Hardness TestTest Purpose: The strength of performance.
The hardness of metal materials is a manifestation of mechanics. The tested materials can know the strength, toughness, wear, and elasticity of the metal under the action of pressure and test, as well as the structure of the metal and characteristics of heat treatment. There are different standards, such as HB, HR, and HV different hardness standards according to user requirements.
The product categories used are, i.e., mechanical molds, welded pipes, seamless metal pipes, machine casings, or vehicles.
Material hardness testing decides a metal's strength through its resistance to stress and penetration, and test results can be beneficial to select what materials apply to the condition.
Measuring by Angle RulerTest Purpose: Angle deviation of product regulation
Each exquisite product comes from the precise processing of each process. The measurement and inspection of the angle gauge ensure that the product has an accurate angle and size when completed. Some semi-finished products are assembled with different workpieces to show their functions. Angle deviation will cause the finished product to be unable to be collected smoothly. For example, the arc of a retail counter is welded on two sides of an iron plate and fixed on another piece of iron. The 90-degree right angle on both sides of the welded iron plate will depend on whether the arc is skewed or deformed. The use of angle gauges is when these workpieces require different curvatures.
Dimension Accuracy TestTest Purpose: Accuracy of the product specification.
Dimensional inspection is an essential item in many products. Although advanced inspection expertise is not required, for a KD design finished product, the details are all about the precision of the dimensional processing of the workpiece. For example, an automatic machine punches an entire row of holes for the pillar of display shelving; if the holes are too small, the bracket may not fit on the post properly. Any repeated work will cause a waste of time and cost. We can act this dimension examination for 100% accuracy is required.
During the production, each piece of processing that results in a small gap will cause unevenness, such as gaps or skewing of the final product during assembly, which may even affect product functions according to different product requirements.
Coating Thickness TestTest Purpose: The rust situation of product performance outdoors.
Why do metal products need film thickness testing? The surface of the metal material is coated, electroplated, or painted to look pretty. The surface treatment also protects the workpiece from rust or erosion caused by air intrusion and oxidation, which in turn affects the abnormal function or unworkable of the product.
The inspectors test the film thickness depending on various products, such as vehicle casings, detection equipment, audio panels, freezers, and certain factors. There are different film thickness standards for each use, as follows.
Certificate
ISO 2178, ISO 2360
ASTM B499, ASTM B244
DIN 50981, DIN 50984
BS5411
QC personnel uses the coating thickness gauge to measure dry film thickness; this method can also evaluate the expected life, appearance, and performance of the coating piece and ensure compliance with a host of International Standards.
Colorimeter/SpectrometerTest Purpose: Minimized the color difference.
We have two instruments for color testing, one is a colorimeter, and the other is a spectrometer. The difference function of these two instruments is that the colorimeter can provide the color difference (ΔE) of the two samples but cannot give the precise color coordinate space (such as L, a, and b values). The spectrophotometer can provide high-precision measurement because it can detect the reflectance of each wavelength; it is very suitable for complex color analysis. Some brands pay attention to the product's color, which is consistent with their CIS accordingly. There is a color variation to say that different materials, such as metal, plastic, or textile, have different textures during the surface processing, so each other will have an allowable color range. Usually, the resulting color difference will be enormous if the paint is light-colored or silver.
