Be A Global Citizen
In recent years, global climate change issues, i.e., extreme climate, rising sea levels, and melting icebergs, made people start to think about how the surrounding can be sustainable and improve our environment. Industrial development has brought a great leap forward in human life, but it also brings destructive and environmental impacts.
In daily life, the green topics of avoiding food waste, textile recycling, green energy replacement, and reducing waste make us deeply think about what life we desire!
The sustainable development of the retailer comes from changes in consumer behavior. People produce various products for diverse needs, and when the value gradually decreases, the ultimate fate is to discard or incinerate, as in the diagram below.
Qiao Song dedicates to revitalizing the space, using manufacturing technology and exquisite design to present the complimentary products in the room!
Qiao Song, as a bridge of the last mile between commodities (brands) and consumption (consumers), we start from the perspective of "Sustainable Consumption" and think about how to make the consumption process coexist with natural ecology; it will be an essential key to the sustainability of the enterprise.
The term "Circular Economy" has recently been widely discussed, promoted, and applied. The core concept is to make today's products as to tomorrow's resources so that technicians consider "zero waste" in product designing as the goal. A perpetual cycle of products acts through 3 stages: Repair, Reuse, and Remanufacture.
The production and procurement procedures of Qiao Song take display props of retail space as an example. From material selection, processing, and assembly to finished products in iron retail shelving, we choose natural resources as the primary material, such as iron, aluminum, and stainless steel.
During the processing, 100% of the scraps generated are recycled into reusable materials and sold to recycling units. We use lean and well-trained labor to reduce excessive consumption in the assembly and packaging process.
Regarding packaging material selection, comprehensively using paper-made cartons as bulk packing materials and un-recycled materials like styrofoam is avoidable. For recyclability, we recycle the retail equipment from retailers and refine it as a new product for secondary after returning to the factory by re-grinding, re-welding, and surface re-treatment.
